Whether I’m exploring the world of mental health zines, investigating obstetric violence, looking at how freelancers use AI or asking whether urban living makes us lonelier, I’m interested in stories that reveal something about how we live, whose experiences get represented and whose are overlooked.
I’ve been working as a journalist since 2012, writing in English and Italian for publications including VICE, Dazed, Refinery29, The Independent, i-D, Huck and IJNet. My articles have also been translated and published in several other languages.
I hold an MA in Digital Journalism with Distinction from Goldsmiths, University of London. My final project on the role of apps in treating eating disorders was featured as an editor’s pick by The New York Times’ @NYTnow. In 2016, I joined Pro Journo’s international reporting team at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
